About the Role
Gore Medical is looking for a US-based Associate to join the Brand Management and Marketing Team. The Associate Brand Manager (ABM) plays a key role in bringing innovative medical technologies to market by enabling high-quality, compliant marketing execution. Working closely with Brand Managers, cross-functional partners, and agency teams, this role helps translate strategy into disciplined, high-quality marketing execution within a regulated environment.
This is a remote position, and you can work from home in most locations within the United States.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Brand Managers to execute integrated marketing campaigns
- Coordinate development and tracking of project briefs, timelines, and deliverables across agency and internal production teams
- Serve as day-to-day liaison across Brand, Digital, MLR, Sales Ops, Procurement, and agency partners
- Consolidate cross-functional feedback and manage creative review cycles
- Support MLR routing and adherence to regulatory standards
- Track and forecast budgets, scopes of work, and project timelines, monitor spend, and support financial tracking discipline
- Support media planning coordination and campaign execution logistics
- Compile performance analytics and contribute to beyond campaign performance analytics
- Contribute to product analytics to support brand planning and market performance
- Support brand strategy through positioning and messaging development, market segmentation and targeting, competitive analysis, product lifecycle management, and tracking key marketing performance metrics (share, growth, ROI, funnel)
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of marketing experience (brand, product, or commercial)
- Experience coordinating agencies or external vendors
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
- Interest in building a long-term career in brand/product management
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Ability to perform data driven analysis including market sizing and forecasting, sales and performance analysis
- Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and functions
- Analytical mindset with interest in marketing performance
- Ability to manage and prioritize workload proactively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to travel up to 10%

- Medical device, healthcare, life sciences, or regulated industry experience
- MBA
- GBS
This role requires ongoing access to U.S. hospitals and compliance with facility-specific access policies (which may include a requirement to provide proof that you are fully vaccinated with one of the COVID-19 vaccines), vendor credentialing requirements including drug screening, background checks, immunization and training.
This position offers a remote work arrangement in the country from which the Associate is employed. Eligibility is dependent on the responsibilities of the role and business needs, and the Associate must agree to comply with Gore’s work arrangement policies.
