About the Role

We are looking for a Custom Made Device Leader / Planner. In this role, you will join a specialized team designing custom stent grafts for complex aortic aneurysms. This role blends clinical insight with engineering precision, using advanced imaging and 3D modeling to create patient-specific solutions that improve surgical outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Perform detailed CTA image analysis and 3D modeling for device design
  • Collaborate with health care professionals and cross-functional teams to develop custom endovascular devices
  • Provide technical support during planning and procedures
  • Ensure compliant documentation
  • Act as a player/coach: contribute to case planning while mentoring team members,
  • Progress toward formal team leadership as new hires are onboarded 

Required Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work in time-sensitive, customer-focused environments
  • Clinical interest and commitment to patient outcomes
  • Excellent English proficiency 

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience in custom endovascular device planning or complex aortic interventions
  • Familiarity with 3D reconstruction software
  • Prior OR/cath lab case support experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in science or engineering
