About the Role
We are looking for a Custom Made Device Leader / Planner. In this role, you will join a specialized team designing custom stent grafts for complex aortic aneurysms. This role blends clinical insight with engineering precision, using advanced imaging and 3D modeling to create patient-specific solutions that improve surgical outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Perform detailed CTA image analysis and 3D modeling for device design
- Collaborate with health care professionals and cross-functional teams to develop custom endovascular devices
- Provide technical support during planning and procedures
- Ensure compliant documentation
- Act as a player/coach: contribute to case planning while mentoring team members,
- Progress toward formal team leadership as new hires are onboarded
Required Qualifications
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work in time-sensitive, customer-focused environments
- Clinical interest and commitment to patient outcomes
- Excellent English proficiency
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in custom endovascular device planning or complex aortic interventions
- Familiarity with 3D reconstruction software
- Prior OR/cath lab case support experience
- Bachelor’s degree in science or engineering
