About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative (f/m/d) to join our Medical Products team in our office in Barcelona to deliver functionally excellent customer service in different languages.

  

This position will be located at our facility in Barcelona, Spain, with work from home days possible as part of a hybrid arrangement, depending upon the responsibilities of the role and business needs.

  

This role is a 6 month temp role, due to an increase in workload.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the entire Order to cash process, reception and integration in our ERP system following our company internal quality procedures
  • Handling of emergency orders
  • Track orders and deliveries and attend to possible incidents
  • Keep our customers informed about backorders in collaboration with our demand planners and our international warehouse
  • Organize returns and contribute to maintaining a healthy inventory in collaboration with the customer and our Sales Team
  • Arrange deliveries in collaboration with our European warehouse
  • Process invoices and corrections through liaison with our European Accounting Service Centre
  • Efficient management of documentary information regarding orders (delivery notes, invoices etc.)
  • Provide our customers with basic product and pricing information. Daily interaction with mainly hospitals and clinics, as well as a variety of internal customers, located across the countries
  • Propose process improvements and understand the department process flow for better efficiency and enhanced quality of service

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of Customer Service experience in an international environment
  • Proactive problem solver with flexibility and the ability to multitask
  • Excellent organizational skills and time managerial skills to work on tasks like emails and queue handling
  • Remain detail oriented even under pressure, able to set priorities
  • Committed to quality and providing a professional and responsive customer experience, supporting Gore’s business results
  • Open communication, resilient and impact aware
  • Always willing to learn and grow with an attitude to go beyond
  • Skilled in working with ERP/IT systems, plus experience of eCommerce solutions is very welcome
  • Fluent in English, German and Polish, other European languages are a plus
  • Ability to communicate proficiently in the appropriate language and engage effectively across cultures, as well as adapt to the country specific processes

 

Hybrid Working Arrangements are permitted for Associates, with appropriate approval and compliance with Gore’s remote working policies, from the country in which they are employed.
