About the Role
We are looking for a EMEA Sales Contracts & Administration Leader to join our Sales Operations organization in a hybrid role based in Barcelona.
In this strategic leadership role, you will own and drive the EMEA Medical Sales Contracts and Pricing Administration function. You will lead a high-performing team responsible for contract governance, pricing accuracy, compliance, and risk mitigation across the region. You will shape the vision, priorities, and continuous improvement roadmap of the function, ensuring strong alignment with Sales Operations and Medical business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Define and communicate a clear vision, priorities, and performance expectations aligned with Sales Operations and Medical strategy
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing Sales Contracts team, fostering accountability and engagement
- Oversee end-to-end contract and pricing administration across the EMEA Medical business
- Ensure compliance with quality systems, regulatory requirements, and internal governance standards
- Establish, monitor, and drive KPIs and quality objectives to ensure operational excellence
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and scalability
- Utilize reporting tools and data insights to support sound business decisions
- Ensure appropriate resourcing, workload planning, and capability development within the team
- Partner closely with Sales, Provider Selling Teams, Field Sales Leaders, QA, and other stakeholders to ensure business alignment
- Influence stakeholders at multiple leadership levels to drive alignment, manage risk, and deliver strong commercial outcomes
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 3 years of people leadership experience with proven ability to build and develop strong teams
- Experience in contracts and pricing administration within a commercial and/or regulated environment
- Strong business acumen with the ability to balance compliance, risk management, and commercial priorities
- Proven ability to lead in complex, fast-changing environments
- Demonstrated experience driving change and continuous improvement initiatives
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and at least one other European language
- Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results within defined timelines
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
Desired Qualifications
- Experience is using SAP and Salesforce
- Experience working in Medical device tender environment
