About the Role
We are looking for a Tender and Contracts specialist for our French and Spanish market to join our Sales Contracts team, part of the Sales Operations organisation. In this role, you will make a critical contribution, supporting the new and on-going business through creation and submission of price offers and tenders in close partnership with our Sales teams.
This is a temporary position for 12 months and will be located in Barcelona, with the possibility of a hybrid work arrangement.
Responsibilities
- Adhere to the Quality Policy, applicable team quality objectives and relevant procedures.
- Own the complete tender process including, but not limited to, submissions, awarding, tracking, renewal and extensions.
- Own the price offer process including, but not limited to, product and pricing information, offers, contract creation (Hospital and GPO), renewal and extensions.
- Ensure contract compliance including statistical and rebate calculations.
- Communicate with partners and customers with regards to outcomes and feedback.
- Proactive involvement in projects in collaboration with multiple functions across various regions and cultures, to improve the quality, efficiency and effectiveness of service levels (including resolving complex problems/requests) perceived by customers and internal partners.
- Maintain compliance with training expectations as required for this position.
- Additional responsibilities as required within the scope of this position.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors or locally equivalent degree or 2 years of relevant experience in a contracts and tenders, customer services or other applicable role.
- Proficient communication in French, Spanish and English.
- Analytical skills and high attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work to tight deadlines in a highly stressful environment.
- Commitment to quality, have process discipline and be customer service oriented.
- Flexible and able to use own initiative.
Desired Qualifications
- General office software experience with ERP, CRM and CPQ systems.
- Additional language skills
