About the Role
We are looking for a Product Owner – Salesforce CRM to join our team. In this role, you will be accountable for maximizing the value delivered by Salesforce CRM capabilities through effective backlog ownership, prioritization, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. You will serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, Commercial Product Manager and the delivery team, translating customer, sales, and service needs into clear, prioritized user stories. This role provides the opportunity to shape how Salesforce supports business processes and customer experience in an agile delivery environment. You will work closely with Product Management, delivery teams, and stakeholders to ensure Salesforce solutions align to business goals and continuously improve.
This is a remote position, and you can work from home in most locations within Barcelona, Spain.
Responsibilities
- Own and prioritize the Salesforce CRM team backlog to align work with business goals and product vision
- Serve as the primary liaison between Salesforce stakeholders and the delivery team to clarify requirements and priorities
- Execute on Product Manager/Business epics and features related to Salesforce CRM at the team level
- Collaborate with the team during Product Increment planning to define scope, priorities, and delivery commitments
- Review completed Salesforce functionality and accept user stories based on agreed acceptance criteria (POA – Product Owner Approval)
- Participate actively in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, reviews (Including DSU’s and Sprint Refinement sessions), retrospectives, and backlog refinement
- Incorporate stakeholder feedback and operational insights to drive iterative improvements to Salesforce CRM capabilities
- Identify and manage dependencies that impact Salesforce delivery across teams or platforms
- Maintain transparency of Salesforce backlog priorities, progress, and outcomes for stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Cpmputer Science, Information Systems, Business, or equivelant
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst or similar role
- Minimum of 2 years working with Salesforce or Enterprise CRM solutions
- Hands-on experience owning and managing a product backlog for enterprise CRM platforms
- Strong understanding of Agile principles, Scrum practices, and Product Owner accountability, including experience with Jira/Confluence processes and systems
- Knowledge of Salesforce CRM concepts, including sales and service business processes
- Effective prioritization and decision-making skills focused on maximizing product value
- Strong stakeholder communication and collaboration skills
- Travel up to 30% may be required
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working with Salesforce CRM products such as Salesforce CPQ, Manufacturing Cloud, and Enterprise Territory Management (ETM)
- Experience interacting with SAP integration frameworks is a plus, but not required
- Experience working in a medical product or regulated industry environment is preferred but not required
