About the Role
Responsibilities
- Develop profitable sales opportunities, proactively make sales calls
- Develop new business to align with Gore business needs
- Ensure the KOL management, market data collection, etc., are effective, build, maintain and defend long-term customer relationships
- Ensure the cooperation with other product specialists are active and constructive, to achieve team goals and objectives
- Implement value pricing principle, be a value seller, skilled in the use of premise-based forecasting techniques
- Implement Gore’s product strategy, understand the needs of the customer
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in medical or medicine
- Proven sales background, preferably with a minimum of 5 years in the medical devices sales area
- Clinical background in interventional areas or sales experience to this environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A high level of self-motivation and passion, ensuring the ability to work under minimal supervision
- Commercial acumen, high integrity and capable
- Ability to work in or demonstrate an understanding of the imperatives of a business environment
- Ability to travel extensively up to 60% and attend weekend conferences as required
