About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Power Platform Developer to join our dynamic GMDIT team in Bangalore, India. In this role, you will design, enhance, and sustain business applications using Microsoft Power Platform and related low-code technologies. You will support production solutions, maintain Boomi-based integrations, and help sustain the P&D application to improve reliability, efficiency, and user experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, enhance, and maintain business applications using Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
• Support and sustain production applications by monitoring health, troubleshooting issues, resolving incidents, and coordinating changes.
• Maintain and enhance Boomi integrations that support reliable data exchange between business applications and enterprise systems.
• Support the P&D and Advocate Feeback applications, including user support, issue resolution, configuration changes, testing, releases, and enhancements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, clarify support needs, and translate business problems into practical technical solutions.
• Investigate application and integration failures, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions that improve stability and performance.
• Document application designs, configuration details, support procedures, and user guidance to improve long-term sustainment.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience developing applications using Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
• Experience supporting production business applications, including troubleshooting, maintenance, release support, and user support.
• Experience supporting integrations, APIs, data flows, or enterprise system connections in a production environment.
• Experience supporting or enhancing low-code business applications, including configuration, testing, and documentation.
• Strong understanding of data modeling, database design, SQL, and practical approaches to diagnosing data-related issues.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills with the ability to work directly with business stakeholders.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, including experience explaining technical solutions and support issues to business and technology audiences; travel approximately 10%.

Desired Qualifications

• Experience supporting and enhancing P&D or similar business process applications, including production support for Boomi integrations.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform, Azure services, integration patterns, and Power Platform application integration with SAP (preferred).
• Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, JavaScript, or Python, with familiarity in Agile development and application lifecycle management practices.
