You will help ensure accurate, reliable, and secure data flow across customer, product, order, pricing, and master data processes while translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions. This is an opportunity to contribute to a dynamic team, expand your expertise across SAP and CRM integration patterns, and help shape our digital transformation journey.

Responsibilities

  • Development: Develop and configure integrations using SAP Business Technology Platform, Cloud Integration, APIs, event-based messaging, mappings, routing, and error handling mechanisms.
  • API Management: Design, secure, document, and support APIs and services used to exchange data between SAP systems, Salesforce CRM, and other enterprise applications.
  • Data Mapping and Transformation: Create mapping, validation, and transformation rules that support accurate data movement between SAP business objects, master data records, and Salesforce CRM objects.
  • Master Data Integration: Support integration patterns involving SAP Master Data Governance and downstream CRM consumption, with attention to data ownership, identifiers, quality, synchronization, and exception handling.
  • Testing and Quality Assurance: Conduct unit testing, integration testing, regression testing, and performance validation to ensure stable and reliable integration solutions.
  • Deployment and Support: Deploy integration solutions to production environments, monitor interfaces, troubleshoot issues, and provide ongoing maintenance and support.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with functional analysts, Salesforce teams, SAP teams, business users, and other technical teams to understand requirements, gather feedback, and deliver solutions aligned with business needs.

Required Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of SAP architecture and integration capabilities, with 7-10+ years of SAP experience.

  • Bring a strong technical foundation; be able to engage the team on architecture, design, and deep dives on sophisticated solutions, platforms, and interface design, while also educating technical staff on the underlying business principles.
  • Extensive experience with SAP Cloud Integration, SAP Business Technology Platform, or other SAP integration tools, including IDocs, OData, web services, REST APIs, and related integration technologies.
  • Knowledge of integration patterns and best practices, including message queuing, event-driven architecture, asynchronous processing, monitoring, and error handling.
  • Understanding of data formats such as XML, JSON, and EDI, along with data mapping, cleansing, and transformation techniques.
  • Programming skills in relevant languages such as Java, JavaScript, or Groovy, depending on the integration platform.
  • Ability to translate business processes into technical integration requirements and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Travel ~10%.
