About the Role

We are looking for an IT Solution Architect – Amplifying SAP to join our Center of Excellence team. In this role, you will be responsible for defining and delivering end‑to‑end solution architectures that integrate Digital Manufacturing and Supply Chain Solutions with SAP across Plan‑to‑Make, Quality Management, and Logistics Warehouse Management processes. You will lead the architectural design of SAP‑amplifying products leveraging SAP, SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), Microsoft Azure, and Power Platform. This role offers the opportunity to shape enterprise manufacturing and supply chain capabilities while working in a highly collaborative, global environment.

Responsibilities

  • Define and own end‑to‑end solution architectures for Digital Manufacturing Solutions and SAP integrations supporting Plan‑to‑Make and Quality Management business processes.
  • Translate manufacturing and quality functional requirements into scalable, secure, and supportable technical architectures.
  • Lead the architectural delivery of SAP‑amplifying products using SAP S/4HANA, SAP Business Technology Platform, Microsoft Azure, and Power Platform.
  • Design integration patterns and data flows between Digital Manufacturing Solutions, SAP, and cloud platforms, ensuring reliability and performance.
  • Partner with functional analysts, product owners, and development teams to break down complex solutions into deliverable architectures.
  • Ensure adherence to enterprise architecture standards, integration patterns, security principles, and quality best practices.
  • Participate in governance activities including solution intake, architecture reviews, roadmap planning, and technical decision forums.
  • Provide technical leadership throughout delivery, including design reviews, build oversight, and release readiness.
  • Support ongoing optimization, supportability, and lifecycle management of deployed Digital Manufacturing Solutions and SAP integrations.
  • Stay current with SAP, digital manufacturing, and cloud platform capabilities, and evaluate their applicability to future solutions.

 

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Solution Architect delivering enterprise‑scale integrations between Digital Manufacturing Solutions and SAP systems.
  • Strong functional understanding of manufacturing processes within Plan‑to‑Make, Quality Management, and Logistics Warehouse and Management domains.
  • Hands‑on experience designing solutions using SAP S/4HANA and SAP Business Technology Platform.
  • Experience architecting cloud‑based solutions on Microsoft Azure.
  • Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear technical architectures and specifications.
  • Experience leading architectural governance, design decisions, and technical delivery oversight.
  • Strong documentation skills for architecture designs, standards, and decision records.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across global, cross‑functional teams.
  • Willingness to travel up to approximately 10%.

 

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience integrating SAP with enterprise Digital Manufacturing Solutions in manufacturing environments.
  • Experience with Microsoft Power Platform for extending and amplifying SAP and digital manufacturing capabilities.
  • Familiarity with Agile delivery models and working in international, multi‑cultural teams.
