About the Role

We are seeking a skilled IT Systems Analyst – Agile Delivery to join our Gore Center of Excellence team in Bengaluru, India. The IT Systems Analyst will play a critical role in delivering business and technology solutions using Agile methodologies. This role is responsible for leading requirements identification, providing test leadership to ensure solution quality, and running Scrum ceremonies to enable effective Agile execution. The analyst will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and delivery teams, ensuring clear requirements, high-quality outcomes, and predictable delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Elicit, analyze, and document business and system requirements in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Translate requirements into clear user stories with acceptance criteria.
  • Lead and facilitate backlog refinement and requirements workshops.
  • Plan and run Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Support Product Owners with backlog prioritization and sprint readiness.
  • Define and lead Agile-aligned test strategies and quality practices.
  • Coordinate system, integration, and user acceptance testing activities.
  • Ensure traceability between requirements, test cases, and delivered solutions.
  • Act as a liaison between business, development, and testing teams.
  • Drive continuous improvement in Agile delivery, quality, and team performance.

 

Required Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience as an IT Systems Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role.
  • Strong experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Proven ability to lead requirements definition and backlog management.
  • Hands-on experience providing test leadership in Agile delivery teams.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.

Desired Qualifications

  • Scrum Master, Agile, or SAFe certification.
  • Experience with enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, SAP, manufacturing, or supply chain platforms).
  • Experience using Agile tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar.
