About the Role

We are seeking an experienced SAP Security Architect to join our GMDIT team in Bengaluru, India. In this role, you will be responsible for focusing on SAP Security, GRC, IAG / IPS and S/4 HANA Greenfield implementation, specifically with Fiori. The candidate should lead security workshops, gather security requirements, and implement SAP security models and best practices.

Responsibilities

  • Lead security workshops with business stakeholders.
  • Integrate SAP IAG with Identity Management tools such as SailPoint and SAP IDM.
  • Implement SSO solutions using SAP Identity Authentication Service (IAS).
  • Gather and define security requirements, as well as process user provisioning and deprovisioning in SAP IAG.
  • Implement and manage PAM within IAG.
  • Be the go-to expert in Firefighter Access and PAM.
  • Manage IAG integration with Service Now.
  • Manage Firefighter access to ensure critical tasks are performed securely.
  • Share and implement SAP security models and best practices.
  • Align with and implement existing SAP security models while collaborating with business units to meet security needs.

Required Qualifications

  • 15+ years of experience in IT with a focus on SAP Security and in-depth knowledge GRC.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead security workshops, gather security requirements, and implement SAP security models and best practices.
  • Proven S/4 HANA Greenfield implementation experience, specifically with Fiori.
  • Proven experience with SAP Identity and Access Governance (IAG), SAP GRC, SAP IPS, and SAP IAS.
  • Strong experience in Firefighter Access and PAM.
  • Exposure on BTP Security (IAG, IAS and IPS).
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to gather requirements and explain complex technical concepts.
  • Ability to understand business processes and translate them into technical integration requirements, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve integration issues.
  • Travel ~10%.

 

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience with Manufacturing, Medical Devices, Life Sciences industry is a strong positive.
  • Experience working in an international multi-cultural environment considered a plus.
