About the Role

We are seeking an experienced SAP Solution Architect – Quality, Manufacturing, Procurement, & Warehouse Management to join our Global Capability Center in Bengaluru, India. In this role, you will lead the architecture, design, and transformation of integrated SAP S/4HANA capabilities across quality & manufacturing with exposure to procurement, inventory, warehouse management, and connected manufacturing execution technologies. Architect end-to-end business capabilities across our operating companies that integrate SAP with manufacturing execution systems (MES), industrial automation platforms, quality systems, laboratory systems, warehouse technologies, and other operational technology environments.

This role offers the opportunity to lead enterprise-wide transformation initiatives and shape the future of digital manufacturing within a global manufacturing environment.
The successful candidate is a business transformation leader who understands how procurement, planning, manufacturing, quality, inventory, and warehouse operations function as an integrated value stream.

Responsibilities

  • Define and govern solution architecture with expertise in S/4 HANA Quality Management (QM) with a close integration to Production Planning (PP)
  • Elaborate knowledge on cross functional modules such as Procurement (MM)
  • Inventory (IM) Warehouse management (EWM) Plant Maintenance (PM)
  • Define integration architecture between SAP S/4HANA and manufacturing execution, automation, quality, laboratory, warehouse, and industrial technology platforms.
  • Drive architecture and Clean Core adoption across SAP solutions, establishing integration standards, API strategies, master data synchronization, and information governance across enterprise and manufacturing technology landscapes.
  • Partner with supply chain, manufacturing, procurement, quality, warehouse, and finance teams to align capabilities with business objectives.
  • Define master data, integration, analytics, and reporting strategies that enable end-to-end process excellence.
  • Leverage AI, intelligent automation, and advanced analytics to improve business outcomes, decision-making, solution quality, and delivery performance.
  • Provide technical leadership for SAP S/4HANA implementation, modernization, and optimization initiatives that improves operational performance, standardization, and enterprise agility.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Engineering, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience delivering SAP supply chain, manufacturing, and quality management solutions.
  • 5+ years of experience in a Solution Architect or architecture leadership role.
  • Demonstrated technical leadership in SAP Quality Management (QM) with exposure to Production Planning (PP), Materials Management (MM), Extended Warehouse Management (EWM), and Plant Maintenance (PM).
  • Experience in designing end-to-end digital manufacturing solutions spanning enterprise systems, shop floor technologies, and operational technology environments
  • Demonstrated experience integrating SAP S/4 HANA with use of manufacturing system integration patterns, APIs, event-driven architecture, middleware platforms, and real-time operational data exchange.
  • Application of AI, automation, advanced analytics, or generative AI capabilities to improve business performance, engineering productivity, and solution delivery outcomes.
  • Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead complex cross-functional initiatives.

Strong communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems, digital manufacturing platforms, industrial automation, or Industrial Internet of Things technologies.
  • Experience integrating SAP solutions with production equipment, machine connectivity platforms, warehouse automation, or quality management systems. 
  • Experience leading global digital manufacturing transformation and operational excellence initiatives.
