About the Role

We are seeking an experienced SAP Solution Architect – Order-to-Cash (OTC) to join our Global Capability Center in Bengaluru, India. In this role, you will lead the architecture, design, and transformation of SAP S/4HANA OTC capabilities across sales order management, pricing, fulfillment, billing, returns, and customer service. You will partner with Commercial Operations, Customer Service, and Technology teams to deliver scalable solutions that improve customer experience, operational efficiency, and revenue realization. The successful candidate will bring deep expertise in SAP OTC processes, SAP SD, pricing, ATP, billing, and Salesforce integration while driving business transformation through automation, analytics, and AI-enabled capabilities.

 

Responsibilities

  • Define and govern solution architecture across SAP Order-to-Cash processes.
  • Design integrated OTC processes including customer master, quotations, sales orders, pricing, ATP, fulfillment, billing, returns, and customer service.
  • Lead business transformation initiatives that improve customer experience, order execution, and revenue realization.
  • Serve as the SAP OTC architecture lead for pricing, billing, order management, delivery processing, returns, and customer service capabilities.
  • Drive Clean Core adoption and architecture governance within the OTC landscape.
  • Partner with Commercial Operations, Customer Service, and Technology teams to align solutions with business objectives.
  • Lead SAP-Salesforce integration architecture supporting lead-to-order, quote-to-cash, customer synchronization, pricing, and order visibility.
  • Define data, integration, reporting, and analytics strategies that enable end-to-end order visibility and performance measurement.
  • Provide architecture leadership, mentor delivery teams, and guide solution decisions using SAP best practices and AI-assisted engineering approaches.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Technology, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience delivering SAP Order-to-Cash solutions.
  • 5+ years of experience in Solution Architect, Enterprise Architect, or Lead Architect roles.
  • Deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA OTC processes, including SAP SD, Pricing, ATP, Billing, Returns, and Customer Service.
  • Proven leadership in SAP S/4HANA implementation or transformation programs.
  • Experience designing and delivering end-to-end Lead-to-Cash and Order-to-Cash business processes.
  • Experience integrating SAP with Salesforce and related commercial platforms.
  • Experience leveraging AI, automation, and analytics to improve business and delivery outcomes.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills with the ability to influence senior business and technology leaders.

Desired Qualifications

  • Salesforce CRM architecture and integration experience.
  • Experience with SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), APIs, middleware, and event-driven integrations.
  • Knowledge of SAP Customer Experience (CX), SAP BRIM, and advanced OTC process optimization.
