About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer – Mfg/Rev Cloud to join our GMDIT team in Bangalore, India. In this role, you will design, build, and maintain customized solutions on the Salesforce Manufacturing and Revenue Cloud platforms. In addition, you will translate complex Sales, Order, Transfer and CPQ business requirements into efficient, scalable technical solutions that optimize operations from sales forecasting to order fulfillment and service. Responsibilities

•    Design and develop scalable, secure, and customized solutions using Apex, Aura, OmniStudio, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and other Salesforce technologies to meet specific business requirements within Manufacturing Cloud.  
•    Configure and leverage specific Manufacturing and Revenue Cloud functionalities such as account-based forecasting, long-term agreements (LTAs), CPQ and community portals for seamless partner collaboration.  
•    Design and develop APIs and web services to ensure seamless communication and data flow between Salesforce, ERP systems, Order Management Systems, and other third-party or enterprise (Logic Apps, Boomi, SAP CI).  
•    Utilize low-code automation tools (Flow, DPE, etc.) to streamline manufacturing business processes and enhance operational efficiency seeking to optimize data flows.  Guide technical design, code reviews, and mentor developers.  
•    Diagnose, resolve, and document technical problems related to the Salesforce platform and integrations, ensuring system reliability and optimal performance.
•    Partner closely with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to gather requirements, define solutions, and ensure successful project delivery within an Agile methodology framework.  
•    Conduct thorough testing, including unit and integration testing, to ensure high code quality, security, and compliance with data governance standards.  
•    Create and maintain clear technical and operational documentation, including design documents, release notes, and user guides.  
•    Remain current with all relevant technologies, Mfg and Rev Cloud certifications and best practices, contributing new ideas to the team where needed.

 

Required Qualifications

•    6+ years of Salesforce development experience, with strong expertise in Apex, LWC, OmniStudio, and multi-cloud (Revenue/MFG preferred).  
•    Proven experience with ERP/API integrations, with solid understanding of Order to Cash processes and Salesforce data model.
•    Strong grasp of platform security, performance, and best practices.
•    Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, experience with creating presentations for complex Salesforce related topics.  
•    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent collaboration abilities (with both technical and non-technical audiences), including demonstrated capacity to manage multiple tasks effectively across diverse stakeholders.  
•    Experience with event-driven integrations (Platform Events, CDC), as well as familiarity with Azure/AWS or mobile app integration.
•    CI/CD (Copado, Git) experience as well as relevant Salesforce certifications considered a plus. 
•    Experience in Jira/Confluence related to Story status/management of overall work initiatives, in addition to familiarity with core SAFE fundamentals, including Product Increment preparation and planning is a plus.
•    Travel ~10%.

•    Experience with Manufacturing, Medical Devices, Life Sciences industry is a strong positive.
•    Experience working in an international multi-cultural environment considered a plus.
•    Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
