About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Global HR Business Partner to support our SITKA® Business within the Gore Fabrics organization. This is a highly strategic role for a trusted advisor who partners closely with regional and global business and functional leaders to shape and deliver people and organizational priorities that drive business performance.

 

As a Global HRBP, you will operate with a strong business & market understanding —translating Gore Fabrics/ SITKA® strategies into integrated, high impact people solutions tailored to the business context. You will coach and influence senior leaders, lead complex global initiatives, and build high trust relationships that enable teams and associates to thrive. While the primary focus is on the SITKA® Business, the role offers broader opportunities to support additional businesses and functions globally over time.

 

This position will be located at our facility in Bozeman, Montana. Relocation assistance is available for this position.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a strategic HR partner and trusted advisor to senior business and functional leaders, aligning people strategies with business growth and priorities. 
  • Deeply understand business strategy, financial drivers, and operating models to anticipate talent and organizational needs. 
  • Diagnose organizational and performance gaps and lead solutions such as org design, transformation, process change, coaching, and capability building. 
  • Drive talent management processes end-to-end, including succession planning, performance management, development, and compensation. 
  • Strengthen leadership capability, bench strength, and diverse succession pipelines while identifying talent risks and opportunities. 
  • Lead workforce planning and use people data and analytics to forecast future capability and resource requirements. 
  • Shape culture, ways of working, and leader and team effectiveness in line with enterprise expectations and values. 
  • Act as a credible change leader, coaching leaders through ambiguity, transformation, and adoption without formal authority. 
  • Translate Enterprise and Fabrics HR strategies, programs, and frameworks into practical, value a dding business solutions. 
  • Be an active member and partner closely with our Gore Fabrics HR team to ensure HR delivery is aligned with business needs and well-executed.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (focus on HR, Organizational Effectiveness or related field preferred)
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or in a comparable strategic HR role close to the business
  • Strong working knowledge of human resources practices and core people processes
  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders and lead complex initiatives within scope
  • Demonstrated experience and capability in leadership coaching and consulting, conflict resolution, change leadership, organizational design and development
  • Ability to design and implement people programs and processes  
  • Ability to use data, insights, and external trends to inform decisions
  • Ability to establish credibility, lead with a proactive approach, and able to deal effectively with ambiguity and transformation while acting as a trusted thought-partner 
  • Ability to travel up to 10% 

 

Desired Qualifications

  • Masters Degree (HR focus or MBA)
  • Experience in complex, matrixed, and global organizations, and leading transformation, growth, or restructuring initiatives at a functional or regional level
  • Coaching, change leadership, or advanced HR certification
  • Experience with Business Systems or lean methodologies
  • Proficiency in SAP/Success Factors; MS Office Suite
