Responsibilities

  • As a Clinical Specialist you will provide clinical case support in cath-lab, for our highly regarded and market leading AORTIC endovascular products across Italy.
  • You will consult with vascular surgeons and interventional radiologists and have responsibility for reading CT films, case planning, device sizing and selection.
  • Furthermore you will support the deployment of our products during complex medical procedures, consulting closely with the surgeon.
  • With responsibility for product training you will work with a range of hospital staff, maintaining and building these important relationships.
  • As a product expert, you will become a key contact for our customers.

Required Qualifications

  • Engineering degree, ideally in Biomedical Engineering.
  • Experience in working in the implantable medical device industry (in particular in supporting aortic endovascular procedures), and proven clinical skills within the operating theatre or cath lab. will be a plus
  • You possess a genuine clinical interest and are committed to successful patient outcomes.
  • As a team player, you will interact regularly with other clinical specialists, the sales team, and work effectively with a broad group of highly diverse individuals.
  • Importantly you will show real flexibility, combined with a sense of urgency.
  • Excellent communication skills in Italian and English.
  • The role requires extensive weekly travel up to 90% within Italy.
