About the Role
The HRBP Leader, Corporate Development sits at the center of Gore Medical’s growth strategy, driving talent approaches that power business outcomes and enterprise value creation. This leader partners closely with the Corporate Development Leader, Corporate Development Leadership Team, and Gore value stream leaders to build trusted relationships and influence across all levels of the organization. This position goes beyond traditional HR. It is accountable for building and leading Gore Medical’s HR M&A capability—directly enabling value creation through disciplined due diligence, seamless integrations, and accelerated synergy realization. As a strategic partner to Corporate Development and OpCo leadership, the HRBP Leader ensures talent, culture, organizational design, and workforce risk considerations are embedded into investment decisions and integration execution to protect and maximize deal value.
The HRBP Leader oversees all HR aspects of acquisitions, strategic transactions, and investments—ensuring business continuity, retention of critical capabilities, alignment of organizational design, and delivery of synergy commitments. The role establishes a scalable, repeatable HR integration framework across Gore Medical, strengthening the OpCo’s ability to execute inorganic growth with rigor, speed, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

Translate Corporate Development and business strategies into clear people and organizational priorities aligned to enterprise vision and execution

Serve as a strategic advisor to senior Corporate Development leaders, shaping decisions on structure, capability investments, succession, culture, and operational excellence

Define and execute the people strategy for acquisitions, integrations, divestitures, and strategic partnerships to accelerate value realization

Lead HR due diligence efforts, identifying financial, talent, cultural, compliance, and operational risks impacting deal valuation and integration cost

Design and drive end-to-end people integration strategies to ensure Day 1 readiness, stabilization, and long-term organizational alignment

Establish and scale Gore Medical’s HR M&A framework, including playbooks, governance structures, metrics, and integration toolkits

Partner with global leadership, HRLT, Center HR, and Centers of Excellence to deliver integrated talent solutions aligned to Corporate Development priorities

Act as the connector between Corporate Development, OpCo, and Enterprise HR strategy, ensuring alignment with enterprise talent frameworks while adapting to operational realities

Lead organizational design, talent movement, and change interventions to enable flow across value streams and accelerate performance. Influence, coach, and educate leaders on team effectiveness, change management, and leadership capability development

Partner with HR Services and Centers of Excellence (compensation, talent management, talent acquisition) to ensure programs are aligned, scalable, and effectively executed
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Human Resources or a related discipline (e.g., Psychology)

Minimum of 8 years of professional experience, including at least 5 years in organizational design and integrated talent management within complex business environments

Minimum of 5 years leading M&A activities, including due diligence, integration, and post-close execution

Experience working internationally and partnering with commercial teams strongly preferred

Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders in roles requiring influence without direct authority

Compensation or HR analytics experience preferred

Proven ability to think strategically while driving disciplined execution

Demonstrated effectiveness operating in ambiguous, high-change environments without predefined solutions

Independent work style with the ability to balance collaboration and minimal supervision

Strong credibility built on integrity, follow-through, and proactive leadership; operates as a trusted thought partner who challenges assumptions and delivers result
This position offers a remote work arrangement in the country from which the Associate is employed, Eligibility is dependent on the responsibilities of the role and business needs, and the Associate must agree to comply with Gore’s work arrangement policies.
Desired Qualifications

Bachelor’s or advanced degree preferred in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

PHR, SHRM-CP, or equivalent HR certification preferred

Experience working with HRIS platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors, PeopleSoft, and CRM systems
