About the Role
We are looking for an Inside Sales Associate to join APAC commercial team to support Japan consumer business who will provide best in class order management services for our brand customers and manufacturing by driving operational excellence and effectiveness within the sales organization.
This role will be located at our facility in Tokyo, Japan.
Responsibilities
- Handle Japan consumer accounts, receive & process orders, contract review, delivery confirmation and customer complaints.
- Manage orders effectively & timely in compliance with our Global procedures and agreed service levels.
- Collect feedback from customer/manufacturer, identify issues and implement solutions with internal team input.
- Collaborate with sales teams in forecast management and order intake progress tracking.
- Develop and manage reports that provide actionable insights into sales performance, forecasting, and KPIs
- Support onboarding and training new customers/manufacture and provide tools and resources that enable their success.
- Monitor backlog movement and track the customer payment schedule.
- Support the sales team by optimizing processes and tools to improve efficiency.
- Coordinate products issues by clarifying complaints, determining the cause, and offering appropriate solutions.
- Identify gaps or inefficiencies in order management processes and propose strategic improvements.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales operation, sales support, preferably in a multinational environment.
- Experience handling high-volume environments with grace and professionalism.
- Experience in sales forecasting, pipeline management, and performance reporting
- Proven expertise in using ERP and support platforms (e.g., SAP, Salesforce, Microsoft office application).
- Good spoken and written Japanese and English.
- Organized & detail-oriented with advanced communication & negotiation skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic, and multicultural environment.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, finance, and logistics.
- Ability to travel up to 5%

- Experience in garment or footwear industry is an advantage
