About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Associate in Customer Service to join our Clean Energy Team in Putzbrunn 1, playing a vital role in growing the business by supporting and strengthening relationships with customers at all levels, including our most critical accounts.

This role sits at the intersection of sales, technical and operations requiring strong coordination skills, structured thinking, and the ability to work across multiple stakeholders. The position plays a key role in ensuring alignment between customer commitments, internal execution, and business growth objectives.

This is a critical role in our organization to ensure our customers are getting the product they need. The core work of the Customer Support Associate is in these key areas, completing calculations, quotation requests, processing orders in a timely manner, execute order change requests and quality processing of other customer specific processes. Customer Service Associates will be trained on several technical platforms, such as ERP and CRM systems which are fundamental in quoting and order management. 

Communication is key for these roles both in written (email) and verbal forms. Customer Service Associates interface daily with customer buyers on conditions, order and delivery status and changes, internal Supply Chain partners on technical feasibility, manufacturing, delivery and status and issues and with Field Sales partners on future opportunities. The goal for this important role is to achieve best in class service for our most critical Clean Energy customers.

This is a part-time position  with a hybrid working model available depending on business needs.

Responsibilities

•    Demonstrate excellent customer service and improve customer experience
•    Actively partner with account and business teams to serve as a liaison between internal departments and customers
•    Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email
•    Create and provide quotations to customers based on account classification and service level agreements 
•    Process orders through order processing software
•    Work with internal teams on order status and changes
•    Maintain data in Customer portals
•    Manage customer complaints and provide resolution to customers
•    Run reports & audits of orders
•    Update & maintain system records 

 

Required Qualifications

•    Bachelor’s degree in a business discipline or equivalent work experience
•    Drive coordination and execution of key customer and commercial programs within the Clean Energy business
•    Partner closely with Sales, Supply Chain, and Technical teams to ensure alignment on priorities, timelines, and deliverables
•    Support sales operations processes including forecasting, reporting, and tracking of key performance indicators
•    Strong experience in project or program management, ideally in a cross-functional environment
•    Manage and maintain program timelines, milestones, and documentation
•    Act as a central point of contact for cross-functional communication and issue resolution
•    Analyze data and generate insights to support decision-making and business performance improvements
•    Support preparation of customer interactions, business reviews, and internal planning sessions
•    Identify process improvement opportunities and drive implementation of more efficient workflows

 

Desired Qualifications

•    Familiarity with SAP, Ariba or Oracle JDE is a plus
•    Experience in the Clean Energy industry is a plus
