About the Role
We are looking for a Digital Marketing associate to join our Fabric China marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness, drive engagement, optimize consumer experience and support business growth.
This role will be located in Gore facility in Beijing or Shanghai.
Responsibilities
- Create and implement a B2C digital marketing strategy that aligns with the overall brand building and business goals for GORE-TEX brand in China.
- Plan, create, manage, and execute multiple digital marketing projects, including owned and paid social media campaigns.
- Oversee the creation of compelling digital content that resonate with target audiences.
- Develop and execute SEO and SEM strategies to enhance online visibility and drive traffic.
- Lead social media strategy and execution, including community management, influencer partnerships, and engagement tactics.
- Utilize analytics tools to monitor, analyze, and report on digital marketing performance. Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve results.
- Work closely with cross-functional team to ensure cohesive messaging and promotion across all channels.
- Develop and manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize impact.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- 10+ years of experience in B2C digital marketing, with a focus on the China market.
- Deep China market and consumer insight, preferably within the outdoor, sports, or related industries.
- Proven experience in developing and executing successful B2C digital marketing campaigns in the China market.
- Strong understanding of China digital marketing tools, platform (e.g., WeChat, RED, Weibo, Douyin, Baidu) and channels, including social media, SEO, SEM, content marketing and and digital advertising.
- Proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese.
- Creative thinker with strong problem-solving abilities and a strategic mindset.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing market trends.
