About the Role

This role is responsible for identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities in the Industrial Dry Filtration Market across North and South America. The position requires a self-starting hunter with a deep understanding of Industrial Dry Filtration, the primary market segments served, a strong sales acumen, and a passion for driving market penetration and revenue growth. The individual will also help build pipeline and capability across the broader Industrial Sales Team to fuel regional growth through partnership, direction, collaboration and leadership.

 

This position offers a remote work arrangement in the country from which the Associate is employed.  Eligibility is dependent on the responsibilities of the role and business needs, and the Associate must agree to comply with Gore’s work arrangement policies.

 

Note: In the United States, restrictions exist for remote work from Alaska, Hawaii and Rhode Island.  

 

Responsibilities

  • Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities across North and South America
  • Own the entire sales cycle: from lead generation and qualification to solution development, contract negotiation, and project awards
  • Achieve or exceed defined KPIs including new customer acquisition, pipeline growth, and revenue contribution from new accounts
  • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline (3–12 month horizon) using Salesforce CRM Tools and disciplined Sales Methodologies
  • Collaborate closely with the regional sales leader, marketing, application engineering, and product teams to co-develop high-value solutions tailored to customer needs
  • Maintain and share deep knowledge of market trends, customer challenges, and competitive dynamics within target industries
  • Represent Gore at customer meetings, plant visits, industry trade shows, and technical conferences
  • Contribute to the development of regional sales strategies and mentor colleagues on business development practices

 

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, or related Technical Field preferred
  • Minimum 10 years of Technical Sales Experience in Industrial or Technical Markets, preferably in filtration, process equipment, or related engineered solutions
  • Strong knowledge of Dry Filtration Technologies and customer needs within Industrial Markets
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and close new business with a clear hunter mindset
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with technical and commercial audiences
  • Ability to travel up 50%

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience working with cross-functional teams including engineering, marketing, and product development
  • Background in Consultative Selling or Value-based Sales Methodologies
  • Proficiency in CRM Systems and Sales Pipeline Management Tools
