About the Role
We are looking for a Cleanroom Custodial associate to join our Medical Division. In this role, you will provide a variety of custodial services on the night shift, working from 10:00 p.m. through 6:30 a.m., Sunday through Friday.
This role will be located at our facility in Elkton, Maryland.
Pay and Benefits:
- $17.00 - $23.00 per hour
- This role is eligible for an additional $2/hour shift differential pay for evening, night, and weekend shifts (in California, the shift differential pay is $2.40/hour).

Responsibilities
- Precision cleaning of cleanrooms, controlled environments, and equipment
- Vacuum and mop floors, walls, and ceilings
- Hand-wipe floors and equipment
- Communicate discrepancies with rooms or with equipment to area leader
- Follow verbal and written directions, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and safety procedures
Required Qualifications
- Prior janitorial and/or housekeeping experience preferably in a commercial environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Ability to communicate ideas concerning the improvement of the cleanroom custodial area
- Basic computer skills with the ability to learn more advanced systems
- Ability to Read and follow SOPs and complete log sheets
- Ability to work within a controlled environment and wear cleanroom garments within a team environment and be willing to help others
- Ability to work independently after training period is completed
- Ability to work a modified shift on the weekend
