About the Role

We are looking for a Marketing Data Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting digital and marketing performance data globally and regionally, to support marketing decision-making. This role is hands-on in building dashboards, extracting data from platforms such as Adobe Analytics and in-app marketing tools, and translating complex data sets into clear, actionable insights. Your skills combine strong technical analytics skills with a deep understanding of digital marketing performance drivers and the ability to communicate meaningful insights to senior leadership.

 

This is a remote position, and you can work from home in most locations within the United States. Occasional travel to in-plant meetings in Elkton, Maryland is required.

 

Pay and Benefits:

  • $140,000 - $150,000 per year
  • Roles above $150k are eligible for the variable pay program each fiscal year, based on defined business performance metrics.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain global marketing dashboards that consolidate performance data across web, digital campaigns, ecommerce, ABM, and regional initiatives
  • Extract, analyze, and interpret data from Adobe Analytics, Salesforce, in-app marketing syndication platforms, and marketing automation tools
  • Develop and standardize global reporting definitions and ensure consistency of KPIs across regions
  • Analyze website behavior, campaign performance, user journeys, and conversion funnels to identify optimization opportunities
  • Deliver executive-ready reports that clearly summarize trends, performance drivers, risks, and recommendations
  • Partner with Digital Marketing to evaluate SEO, SEM, paid media, email, and ABM performance
  • Monitor in-app engagement metrics and identify patterns that inform product marketing and customer engagement strategies
  • Validate tracking accuracy, tagging implementation, and data integrity across platforms
  • Provide performance forecasts and support budget allocation decisions with data-backed recommendations
  • Identify actionable insights that drive improvements in lead quality, conversion rates, pipeline contribution, and customer engagement

 

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, data science, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of marketing analytics or digital analytics experience in a B2B environment
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing channels, attribution models, and performance metrics
  • Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Analytics, Salesforce, and digital analytics platforms
  • Experience analyzing in-app analytics data and user behavior flows
  • Proven ability to build dashboards and reporting frameworks
  • Strong analytical thinking skills with the ability to translate data into clear, strategic recommendations for leadership
  • Work samples demonstrating analytics understanding and presentation are required as part of the hiring process
  • Ability to travel up to 10%

 

Desired Qualifications

This position offers a remote work arrangement in the country from which the Associate is employed.  Eligibility is dependent on the responsibilities of the role and business needs, and the Associate must agree to comply with Gore’s work arrangement policies.
