About the Role

We are seeking a Regional Marketing Manager for Americas Region with strategic marketing background in either the Semiconductor & Test or Automotive and/or Electronics markets to join our GORE Performance Solutions Division. This role is responsible for defining where to play and how to win—translating customer needs, competitive dynamics, and product capabilities into clear regional marketing strategies that fuel growth.

 

Acting as the voice of the market, the Regional Marketing Manager partners closely with Sales, Product Management, Brand, and a centralized Marketing Center of Excellence (CoE) to ensure that marketing investments are focused, relevant, and aligned to commercial priorities. This is a senior, high impact role that leads through influence rather than direct authority.



This position offers flexible work arrangement options, including on-site at our facility in Elkton, Maryland, hybrid or fully remote in most locations within the United States.

 

Pay and Benefits:

  • $140,000 - $180,000 per year
  • Roles above $150k are eligible for the variable pay program each fiscal year, based on defined business performance metrics.

Responsibilities

  • Regional and end market growth strategy activities including regional marketing strategy, defining segmentation, and identifying growth opportunities
  • Marketing brief ownership and prioritization, accountable for marketing briefs and prioritization
  • Value proposition and positioning translation
  • Campaign and content direction with strategic input, collaborating with marketing COE and ensuring alignment
  • Sales enablement and commercial alignment, partnering with regional sales leadership to align on marketing and supporting launch readiness
  • Budget stewardship and resource alignment
  • Cross-functional leadership in a highly matrixed environment across global maketing leadership, marketing COE, brand and product teams, and regional sales and commercial leadership

 

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related technical/engineering field
  • Minimum 5 years of commercial marketing experience, specifically in vertical marketing and/or end-market strategy within a B2B products or material science company
  • Proven track record in constructing commercial strategic growth plans and performing market segmentation for complex technical portfolios
  • Demonstrated ability to influence without authority and collaborate across a global, non-hierarchical organization
  • Ability to travel up to 30% for customer site visits, industry events, and local plant internal meetings

 

Desired Qualifications

  • MBA or graduate degree in a relevant field
  • Prior experience in Semiconductor and Test OR Automotive or Electronics end-market
