About the Role
We are seeking a skilled SAP Logistics Warehouse Management (LWM) Value Stream Lead to join our Gore Fabrics (GF) Digital Application MFG/LWM team. This role is critical to supporting and advancing our logistics and warehouse management capabilities as part of our ERP digital transformation journey. As a global SAP S/4HANA LWM technical expert and process lead, you will be responsible for designing, configuring, testing, and deploying SAP solutions across key logistics domains including Enterprise Warehouse Management (EWM), Transportation Management (TM), and Materials Management (MM). Your focus will span core processes such as inbound and outbound deliveries, cycle counting, and fleet management.
This position will be located in Elkton, Maryland, with the possibility of a hybrid work arrangement.
Pay and Benefits:
- $135,000 - $156,000 per year
- Roles above $150k are eligible for the variable pay program each fiscal year, based on defined business performance metrics.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with SME’s and stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements and processes, and propose the best SAP LWM solutions and integrations per industry standard in partnership with GF, Enterprise and other OpCo’s.
- Be a strong logistics and warehouse function connect, and collaborate with Cross OpCo ERP team, the ETO and other SAP S/4HANA process and technical experts across different domains and regions to ensure alignment and integration of SAP solutions and processes, and GF follows standard processes to meet the required functional / technical specifications and performance.
- Partner with Architects and technical resources/developers to deliver technical solutions to meet desired business outcomes and coach Business Process Specialists, for integration with other solutions while following architecture best practices approach.
- Leverage your hands on configuration, customization, testing and deployment SAP S/4HANA LWM knowledge to execute and also guide, upskill others and teach standard, out of the box functionality to other team members.
- Participate in deploying the SAP S/4HANA LWM solutions to the production environment and provide post-go-live support and maintenance, including SAP updates.
- Provide technical support and maintenance while troubleshooting and resolving technical issues and incidents through corrective and preventive actions related to SAP S/4HANA LWM modules and integrations with technical and business teams.
- Prepare and update technical documentation, test cases, and training materials for SAP S/4HANA LWM modules and integrations.
- Participate in knowledge transfer and coaching end-users and other IT staff on SAP S/4HANA LWM modules and integrations.
- Collaborate with other IT teams and our business stakeholders to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of SAP S/4HANA LWM modules and integrations.
- Develop and grow to learn and support more in the LWM space, plus stay updated with the latest SAP releases, enhancements, and best practice to continuously improve SAP solutions and provide recommendations to clients in Supply Chain.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in computer science, information systems, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in SAP S/4HANA EWM and other LWM modules, including integrations.
- Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA EWM functionalities, configuration, customizing, testing, and troubleshooting.
- Expertise in any SAP S/4HANA EWM integrations with MM, SD, PP, QM, TM, FI, and related supply chain processes.
- Experience with EWM integrations to any non-SAP systems (E2O, EDI, RFID, barcode scanners).
- Knowledge of SAP GTS (Global Trade Services) processes including compliance, customs, trade preference, and integration with EWM and SD/MM.
- Experience with plant-as-3PL transactional flows and ability to troubleshoot related technical issues.
- Strong understanding of SAP best practices, standards, and global supply chain scenarios.
- Strong communication, presentation, analytical, problem-solving, and partnering skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Desired Qualifications
- Certification in SAP S/4HANA EWM and other LWM modules
- Experience with E2O and SAP Transportation Management
- Experience in greenfield implementations
