About the Role
As a critical part of the Gore Fabrics Ingredients Global Sales Team, the Sales Enablement Champion is accountable for enhancing sales effectiveness and overall performance through the development and execution of strategies, programs, and tools designed to optimize the sales process. The role also promotes the integration of digital technologies (SAP, Gore-Tex1 Portal, SalesForce, etc) and data-driven methodologies, ensuring that the sales organization is well-prepared to achieve results that support organizational growth and profitability.
This position offers multiple work arrangements: on-site at our facility in Elkton, Maryland, or Germany, hybrid, or fully remote work allowed in most locations within (with occasional meetings to Gore Fabrics locations), depending upon the responsibilities of the role and business needs.
Pay and Benefits:
- $122,000 - $143,000 per year
- Roles above $150k are eligible for the variable pay program each fiscal year, based on defined business performance metrics

Responsibilities
- Developing and implementing sales enablement and transformation strategies aligned with business objectives that will impact Field Sales and Inside Sales teams
- Advancing digitalization, AI, and technology adoption to improve sales efficiency and data insights
- Driving cross-functional collaboration with sales, marketing, digital and other teams to ensure alignment and cohesive execution
- Partner with stakeholders to design and deliver comprehensive training programs for sales teams including new hire onboarding, product launches, and skills development
- Collaborate with Global Sales teammates to support existing Global Sales annual processes
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree required
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or related field
- Experience working in global, multi-market environments
- Demonstrated track record of developing and executing successful sales enablement strategies with measurable results, with particular emphasis on expanding use and
- adoption of digital tools
- Advanced knowledge of CRM systems and sales analytics tools
- Strategic thinking combined with tactical execution capabilities
- Collaborative mindset with proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders
- Due to global nature of role, some schedule flexibility to work across time zones is required
- Ability to travel up to 20%
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience as a selling professional, preferably in a B2B environment
- Some previous experience in developing and executing sales training initiatives on a global scale
This position offers a remote work arrangement in the country from which the Associate is employed. Eligibility is dependent on the responsibilities of the role and business needs, and the Associate must agree to comply with Gore’s work arrangement policies.
