Responsibilities
• 按照标准程序完成纽扣和软包电池的制作和测试，及时发现、报告并解决测试问题；记录、整理、汇报并维护测试数据
• 按照标准程序完成材料的物理化学性能测试如力学性能、DSC等
• 和工程师一起合作开发新的测试方法， 包括新产品的原型制作，设计/制作测试工装，搭建测试系统
• 验证新测试设备/测试方法
• 维护、保养、持续改进现有设备、仪器，测试方法
• 遵守实验室安全管理规定及维护实验室5S
• 协助工程师完成其它工作任务
Required Qualifications
• 理工类专业全日制大专以上学历，本科为佳。材料，化学类及机械专业优先考虑。
• 2年以上工作经验。有电池或材料类实验室工作经验的优先考虑。
• 动手能力强，喜欢实验室的工作。
• 工作耐心，细心，有条理，有较强的主观能动性和团队合作精神
• 能看懂英文的测试方法，会使用英文回复简单的邮件
• 熟练使用常用办公软件 (Excel, Word, Teams, Outlook)
Desired Qualifications
• 动手能力强，善于搭建各种非标测试系统
• 逻辑思维强，具备工程师思维
• 具有主动思考能力
• 会使用AutoCAD/Solidwork
