About the Role
In this role, you will be responsible for supporting and managing the execution of Marketing related operations including, but not limited to, market research, analytics, customer communication channels and marketing administration. You will provide support to the different functions within Marketing, across the Medical business in Australia and New Zealand.
Responsibilities
- Support Brand Managers with competitor and market research to help identify product growth and potential improvement & expansion opportunities.
- Support the Marketing Events Team as required in the planning, booking and/or execution of events
- Support Marcom as required by inputting new projects into Workfront and push through to MLR review as needed
- Develop and maintain reports and tools to measure the ROI of Marketing driven initiatives, to help determine future investments
- Forecast and monitor marketing investments; track, evaluate, and report on KPIs & ROI for marketing strategies
- Perform data collation from surveys and analyse results to help shape future events and initiatives
- In collaboration with the broader Marketing Team, be responsible for the development of approved “opt-in” customer communication lists, to enable the provision of product and event notifications
- Provide support in making travel arrangements for HCPs engaged in various GDEs, including the reconciliation of expenses in Concur
- Management of demo devices across Medical, including inventory management, re-order and supply as required; as well as management of collateral, across Medical, at Toll and work to improve efficiencies
- Manage the availability and re-ordering of Gore branded items for on-boarding of Associates, internal events, product launches
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years’ experience working in a Marketing operations role
- Proficient computer skills including MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Proven strategic and analytical ability
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work in a team to forge relationships with cross-functional partners and stakeholders

Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge and experience in SFDC, Concur, Workfront, MS Project or equivalent project management software
- Experience in expense reconciliation, tracking and reporting
- Experience in medical device, life science or pharmaceutical fields
- Understanding of government regulated activities in the MedTech space
