About the Role

We are offering a versatile and exciting internship starting 01.09.2025 for 6 months, where you will actively support our global strategic marketing team and product manager around GORE-TEX footwear, gloves and accessories for snowsports, outdoor and lifestyle. This position will be located at our facility in Feldkirchen – Westerham.

Responsibilities

  • Develop new strategies together with the global strategic marketing and product management teams
  • Gain new insights through trend and product analysis as well as primary and secondary market research in the lifestyle, snowsports and outdoor segments
  • Conduct research in the areas of consumer needs, product categories, distribution channels and growth potentials and prepare the results in English, draw correct conclusions and recommendations from the data and insights
  • Provide support for the regional meetings with market facing functions (as e.g. with Sales)
  • Manage the maintenance of the Lifestyle Archive and support in daily work
  • Opportunity to drive your own projects and support in the daily business round off your extensive area of responsibility and learning experience

 

Qualifications

  • Economic Study, such as business administration, innovation management as well as textile or industrial engineer in combination with business administration or a similar course of studies
  • You know how to use the software tools PowerPoint and Excel very effectively for your work
  • You speak fluent English, basic German skills are preferred and enjoy working in international teams
  • You like analytical work, and strategic topics are an exciting challenge for you
  • You enjoy internet research on brands and retailers, statistical databases, social media and consumer forums
  • You can drive projects forward independently and proactively, but you are also a real team player
  • You ideally already have some work experience (in marketing, market research or strategic management, with analyis)
  • You’re an outdoor enthusiast and/or you are interested into cool lifestyle brands
