About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated Field Sales Representative (f/m/d) to join our Peripheral Vascular Medical Devices Team in the Midlands region, who can develop business opportunities and maximize profitable sales by building on well-established relationships and acquiring new customers. This role is field based.
Responsibilities
- Being responsible for the sales of Gore’s high quality, innovative Peripheral Interventional and Peripheral Vascular medical device products portfolio.
- Managing and growing the current business within the territory, as well as actively acquiring and developing new customers to maximize profitable sales.
- Analysing and understanding the market to successfully plan objectives, strategies, and actions according to the business unit guidelines.
- Dealing with a range of contact points within public and private hospital administrations and their purchasing departments.
- Proactively building strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders, as well as attending surgical procedures, providing clinical product training, conducting product presentations, partnering with educational centres of excellence and being accountable for your own investment budgets
- Attending international and regional congresses and implementing local sales promotion activities
Required Qualifications
- Ideally, you have a Degree in Biomedical Engineering/Science or professional work experience in a comparable job, we are open to both early career and experienced applicants
- Passionate about medical device sales
- Strong commercial skills including the ability to negotiate and influence
- Proactive and self-motivated
- Excellent relationship builder
- Proven ability to prioritize and drive the business to success
- Natural team-playing qualities
- Flexible work ethic, reacting to customer requirements.
- Ability to undertake travel in the UK and Ireland and internationally to sales meetings, conferences, and trainings.
