About the Role

We are seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to join the Gore Medical Products OpCo. In this role, you will serve as a strategic advisor and thought partner to Marketing, Sales, and Sales Operations leaders, working collaboratively to anticipate business needs and design proactive talent and organizational solutions aligned with enterprise people strategies. Decisions are grounded in data and analytics, with a strong emphasis on driving measurable business outcomes through a people lens. Our HR team members are viewed as business leaders—empowered to influence strategy, enable execution, and shape the organization’s success.

This is a remote position.

Responsibilities

  • Provide HR leadership and partner with management to support the full associate and leader lifecycle

  • Assess the effectiveness of HR programs and processes using data and metrics, and drive continuous improvement

  • Lead Performance Management and Compensation Review processes for assigned business groups, ensuring rigor, consistency, and effective talent calibration and succession planning

  • Partner with client group leaders on Talent Review processes and the development of targeted development plans for leaders and associates

  • Advise and support managers on employee relations matters, including disciplinary actions and resolution of associate concerns, to ensure fair and consistent application of policy

  • Collaborate in the design and execution of HR programs and initiatives aligned to organizational priorities

  • Maintain awareness of industry trends and employment legislation to inform HR practices

  • Manage large-scale HR initiatives for client groups, including performance reviews, compensation cycles, engagement surveys, and organizational restructuring

  • Design and implement associate recognition programs to reinforce engagement and performance

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in an HR Business Partner or HR leadership role

  • Prior experience within Clinical Development, Pharmaceutical, and/or Medical Device industries preferred

  • Demonstrated capability in leadership coaching, complex facilitation, contracting, conflict resolution, change management, and organizational design and development

  • Experience designing and implementing effective integrated talent management processes

  • Strong working knowledge of HR practices, policies, and processes

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Proven ability to influence and partner effectively within a matrixed organization

  • Demonstrated credibility through integrity, accountability, and follow-through; proactive mindset with the ability to challenge assumptions and operate as a trusted thought partner

  • Ability to work effectively in a global environment across time zones, with willingness to travel up to 15%

 

Desired Qualifications

  • Minimum of 8 years of progressively complex HR experience, including employee relations, compensation, and organizational design

  • Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in high-volume, fast-paced environments with risk and uncertainty

  • SPHR, GPHR, or equivalent senior-level HR certification preferred

 

This position offers a remote work arrangement in the country from which the Associate is employed, Eligibility is dependent on the responsibilities of the role and business needs, and the Associate must agree to comply with Gore’s work arrangement policies.
