About the Role
We are looking for a Gore Medical Forecast to Plan Solutions Architect to join our SAP Team. The architect partners with business leaders, IT teams, and implementation partners to define scalable planning solutions that support demand planning, supply planning, inventory optimization, and S&OP processes.
This position offers flexible work arrangement options, including on-site at our facility in Elkton, Maryland, Phoenix or Flagstaff, Arizona, hybrid or fully remote in most locations within the United States.
Pay and Benefits:
- $125,000 - $245,000 per year
- Roles above $150k are eligible for the variable pay program each fiscal year, based on defined business performance metrics.

Responsibilities
- Design and deliver end-to-end Integrated Business Planning (IBP) solutions that align supply chain planning processes with business strategy and provide functional and technical leadership across IBP modules and to ensure successful implementation, integration, and adoption within the enterprise landscape
- Lead the design of end-to-end SAP IBP solutions aligned with business requirements and enterprise architecture
- Define the target planning architecture across demand, supply, inventory, and response planning
- Partner with business stakeholders to define future-state supply chain planning processes
- Drive adoption of best practices for integrated business planning
- Translate business requirements into scalable system design
- Architect seamless data flows between IBP (Planning), ePPDS (Production Scheduling), aATP (Fulfillment), and SAP Ariba (Procurement)
- Define roadmaps for Order-Based Planning (OBP) and Time-Series (TS) models, ensuring alignment with organizational supply chain goals
- Guide teams on system performance, complex Key Figure calculations, and integration using CPI-DS, SDI, and Real-Time Integration (RTI)
- Strong hands-on configuration experience in aATP (Advanced Available-to-Promise), including allocations, back-order processing (BOP), and product substitution
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of experience in implementation and/or upgrades of SAP
- Minimum of 4 global SAP end-to-end implementation experiences covering all phases of deployment from explore to hypercare
- Recent experience leading SAP Business Planning deployment strategy and execution including both data migration and process design, testing, and implementation
- Demonstrated experience in creating and maintaining an inclusive work environment with clear understanding of equitable practices
- Demonstrated experience in functionally leading, influencing, navigating ambiguity, conflict management, and communication skills in a complex project space with a diverse group of associates in multiple locations
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with both technical (IT/developers) and non-technical audiences; including the ability to convey complex concepts in a simple manner to gain commitment, remove roadblocks, and relate business impact and value for leadership
- Ability to be flexible and effective in a fast paced and changing environment while maintaining strategic focus and operational plan alignment
- Ability to travel up to 30%
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management Information Systems, or related disciplines
- Proven track record of leading at least 3–5 full-cycle SAP IBP implementations in a Solution Architect capacity.
- Experience championing efforts to create new capabilities; ability to envision a future and influence others to commit to that view or approach
This position offers a remote work arrangement in the country from which the Associate is employed. Eligibility is dependent on the responsibilities of the role and business needs, and the Associate must agree to comply with Gore’s work arrangement policies.
