About the Role

The HRBP Leader, Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) sits at the center of Gore Medical’s operational performance and growth agenda—driving talent strategies and disciplined execution that enable business outcomes. This leader partners closely with the ISC Leader, ISC Leadership Team, and Gore value stream leaders to build trusted relationships and influence across all levels of the organization. The role shapes a high-performing, results-driven, people-first culture aligned to our brand promise: Together, improving life.

This position goes beyond traditional HR. It owns and leads the end-to-end workforce strategy across both direct manufacturing labor—representing a significant portion of ISC and the broader OpCo—and indirect labor across multiple medical device manufacturing sites. The leader is accountable for aligning labor strategy, capability development, workforce planning, and organizational design to enable operational excellence.

By strengthening workforce capability, productivity, and organizational resilience, this role enhances cost competitiveness while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, regulatory rigor, and patient supply continuity. The HRBP Leader ensures the ISC workforce is scalable, agile, and positioned to support long-term enterprise impact and sustained growth.

We are seeking a creative, energetic, and hands-on leader who thrives in complex operational environments, drives collaboration across stakeholders, and translates strategy into measurable results.

This position will work in our Phoenix or Flagstaff locations.

Responsibilities

  • Translate ISC business strategies into clear people and organizational priorities aligned to enterprise vision and operational execution

  • Serve as a strategic advisor to ISC senior leadership, shaping decisions on structure, workforce capability, succession, culture, and operational excellence

  • Enable end-to-end Integrated Supply Chain performance (manufacturing, procurement, planning, logistics, quality) through talent strategies that drive speed, quality, cost efficiency, and reliability

  • Build leadership capability across area, plant, functional, and ISC leadership teams to strengthen execution and cross-functional collaboration

  • Design and implement integrated organizational solutions across talent, structure, culture, and processes to support evolving business needs

  • Partner with global leadership, HRLT, Center HR, and Centers of Excellence to deliver aligned talent initiatives and scalable workforce solutions

  • Act as a connector between ISC, OpCo, and Enterprise HR strategy, ensuring alignment to enterprise frameworks while adapting to operational realities

  • Lead change initiatives including organizational design, talent movement, workforce planning, and capability development to support value stream flow and performance

  • Influence and coach leaders on team effectiveness, change management, and leadership development

  • Partner with HR Services and Centers of Excellence (compensation, talent management, talent acquisition) to ensure programs are aligned and effectively executed

  • Model and reinforce Gore’s enterprise culture as a competitive advantage

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Human Resources or a related discipline (e.g., Psychology)

  • Minimum of 8 years of professional HR experience, including at least 5 years in organizational design and integrated talent management within complex business environments

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting or leading HR strategy within supply chain and/or manufacturing environments

  • Experience working internationally and partnering with commercial teams strongly preferred

  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders in roles requiring influence without direct authority

  • Compensation or HR analytics experience preferred

  • Proven ability to think strategically while driving disciplined execution

  • Demonstrated effectiveness operating in ambiguous, high-change environments without predefined solutions

  • Independent work style with the ability to balance collaboration and minimal supervision

  • Strong credibility built on integrity, follow-through, and proactive leadership; operates as a trusted thought partner who challenges assumptions and delivers results

Desired Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or advanced degree preferred in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

  • PHR, SHRM-CP, or equivalent HR certification preferred

  • Experience working with HRIS platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors, PeopleSoft, and CRM systems
