About the Role

We are looking for a Production Coordinator (f/m/d) to join our Manufacturing team. In this varied and challenging role, you'll manage available production resources, aiming to safely and timely achieve planned product quality and quantity. Desk work will be balanced with supporting production on the shop floor.

This position will be located at our facility in Heerlen, Netherlands.

Responsibilities

  • Manage operators
  • Administratively process commercial orders and product inspections
  • Manage and adequately maintain facilities and buildings
  • Report production figures in a timely and accurate manner
  • Hire and train company Associates
  • Issue work permits
  • Act as commander in emergencies
  • Participate in failure analysis as a production representative 

 

Required Qualifications

  • MBO+/HBO work and education level
  • System knowledge for Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of extrusion, stretching, and film handling (“web handling”)
  • Accuracy and precision
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High level of safety awareness
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English

 

Desired Qualifications

  • Knowledge and experience with SAP
  • Vapro-C
  • Vol-VCA
  • Forklift certificate
