About the Role

The global Wire and Cable Innovation Team is looking for an experienced, energetic leader for the EMEA regional team. Leading a team of around 12-14 Associates across the Pleinfeld and Dundee plants, the regional leader role brings a great opportunity to be a vital part of the envisaged change in how we execute on the development of new products in search of significant new revenue growth.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical leadership for NPD projects in the region, including Milestone definitions, RWW, PGR, investments, Customer Sampling, etc.​
  • Provide input and collaborate in development of global W&C technical plan​
  • Ensure effective execution of W&C projects in the region using best practices and consistent business processes.​
  • Manage resourcing for regional projects.​
  • Ensure robust communication link between regional and global teams.​
  • Lead and develop regional team, creating clarity of direction, strong accountability, and a culture of high performance and continuous learning to meet future business needs.​
  • Ensure local compliance with relevant regulations and specific industry standards.

 

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or related field (advanced degree preferred).​
  • Several years of experience in technical leader role, or technical project management, or innovation leadership.​
  • Strong understanding of regional market dynamics and customer needs.​
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex portfolios.​
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 15%

 

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience in Semiconductor or Aerospace Industry beneficial
