About the Role

We are looking for a Shipping Specialist to join our Logistics Team in Shenzhen, China.  The person will handle system transaction and documentation for export shipments, the person will also be responsible for operation procedures and vendor operations to achieve timely and accurately delivery performance.

Responsibilities

• Collect shipment information from warehouse or contract manufacturing plants, make sure the orders and shipment plan are matched.
• Perform shipment confirmation in Gore system and make sure system information and shipment information are matched.
• Generate shipping documents and send them to related parties.
• Place booking with customer’s forwarders or carriers.
• Maintain SOP and monitor vendor performance.

• 从仓库或合同制造工厂收集货运信息，确保订单与发货计划相匹配。
• 在戈尔系统中执行发货确认，并确保系统信息与实际发货信息一致。
• 生成货运单据，并发送给相关方。
• 与客户的货运代理或承运人进行订舱操作。
• 维护标准操作流程（SOP），并监控供应商的绩效表现。

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Logistics/ Supply Chain Management/ International Trade or its equivalent
• Minimum of (3) years working experiences outbound logistics, preferably with experience in foreign manufacturer

• Good understanding of international transportation and international trade, familiar with Incoterms
• Experienced in working with multiple functions across supply chain e.g. Planning, Warehouse, Customs Compliance, LSP etc.
• Quick learner, self-motivated, good team player
• Good problem-solving skill and data analytical capability
• Practical English communication skills (both written and verbal)

• 本科及以上学历，主修物流、供应链管理、国际贸易或相关专业者优先；
• 至少3年出口物流相关工作经验，有外资制造企业工作经验者优先；
• 熟悉国际运输及国际贸易流程，了解国际贸易术语（Incoterms）；
• 具备跨供应链多部门协作经验，例如计划、仓储、海关合规、物流服务提供商（LSP）等；
• 学习能力强，积极主动，具备良好的团队合作精神；
• 具备较强的解决问题能力与数据分析能力；
• 具备良好的英语沟通能力（书面与口语）。
