Manufacture of cable assemblies
We are currently looking for Manufacturing Operators to join our team in the Performance Solutions Division in Dundee, Scotland. As a Manufacturing Operator, you will be assembling and/or inspecting cable assemblies and harnesses, and may require to work in a cleanroom environment. Standard hours for these roles are: 8am – 5pm (Monday – Thursday) and 8am – 1pm (Friday).This role may also involve shift work

Follow area environmental safety practices, including the use of personal protective equipment while working with Environmental Health and Safety (EH&S) and Engineering to include the use of personal protective equipment
Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and participate in continuous improvement efforts
Perform quality inspection and testing
Perform detailed and accurate record keeping for process documentation and data collection
Crosstrain in the long term in various other manufacturing areasUtilize our quality system to ensure our process delivers products that meet customer needs and expectations that adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices and International Standards Organization
Partner with cross functional teams to meet production goalsSupport occasional overtime and flex shift schedule, as needed
Desired Qualifications
One year manufacturing assembly experience of small parts
Experience with an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) or Manufacturing Execution System (MES) and/or SAP Systems
Demonstrated ability to implement continuous improvement ideas
