Responsibilities
• 主要负责从事工厂组装和焊接操作，能独立解决生产过程中遇到的异常问题。
• 保质保量的完成生产任务
• 严格遵守产品工艺操作流程（SOP），并参与持续改善
• 保持生产现场良好的6S
Required Qualifications
• 具备两年及以上焊接工作经验，或拥有多年工厂组装操作实践经验，能够独立精准解读操作指导书。
• 学历要求中专或高中及以上，专业为机械电子类或相关专业。
• 性格特质上，需心思细腻、耐心十足且心灵手巧；对待工作积极主动，具备强烈的责任心。
• 拥有出色的自我管理能力，善于团队协作，具备较强学习能力与强烈的学习意愿。
• 具备一定的英文基础，能够进行基础英文资料阅读。
• 视力要求 1.0 以上，确保工作操作的精准性。
• 能够适应倒班工作制度，保障生产工作的连续性。
• 有 SMT、PCB 操作经验或焊锡操作经验者优先录用。
