About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Medical Field Sales Associate to join our French Endovascular Aortic Team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and providing clinical support for our highly regarded Aortic Endovascular products within the Center of France territory.
Responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets and market share objectives for the assigned region.
- Provide expert clinical support during procedures, ensuring optimal product usage and patient outcomes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vascular surgeons, interventional radiologists, and hospital staff.
- Deliver product training and education to healthcare professionals.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute strategic plans.
- Ensuring new product introduction on French market and driving local marketing initiatives
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in endovascular implantable medical device sales,
- Strong knowledge of the Center area Public and Private hospitals,
- Excellent communication and relation-building skills, as well as proactive, self-motivated and well organized.
- Demonstrated capability to work flexibly, reacting to customer requirements, specifically regarding case management.
- Ability to manage a territory effectively and independently.
- A strong team-player who will interact with other associates both locally and across Europe on a regular basis.
- The role is home based and requires some travels within the assigned region, to sales meetings, congresses and for training.
- Fluent in English.
