About the Role
We are seeking a strategic, transformational leader committed to operational excellence to join our Enterprise Center Talent Acquisition team. This role plays a critical part in shaping how we attract, engage, and hire exceptional talent across Gore — today and for the future. As a trusted partner to Gore's HR leadership, hiring managers, business partners, and external providers, you will enable, manage and support a mix of strategic central recruiting functions, including early careers and executive recruitment, as well as oversee the delivery of recruitment services to hire exceptional talent across all levels and functions.
This role is located at our facility in Newark, Delaware with the possibility to a hybrid work arrangement.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the senior TA leader for Center HR, providing strategic direction and governance across all talent acquisition programs, pipelines, and operating entities
- Design and manage the global executive recruitment process, including guidelines for engaging retained executive search firms and ensuring a consistent, exceptional experience for every senior-level search
- Lead early career and campus recruitment strategy and delivery, managing school relationships, demand planning, and employer brand presence at target institutions across all operating entities
- Own day-to-day recruiting delivery for Enterprise Center and Specialty functions, coaching and leading a team of recruiters to set search strategy, manage hiring leaders, and close exceptional candidates
- Serve as Gore's primary RPO Delivery Lead — acting as the day-to-day point of contact for the RPO provider, managing escalations, ensuring business case fulfillment, and driving continuous performance improvement
- Ensure service levels, KPIs, and compliance standards are consistently met across all TA programs; proactively identify gaps and implement solutions
- Build and maintain a monthly TA metrics dashboard tracking time-to-fill, aging requisitions, hiring manager satisfaction, and program effectiveness across early careers, executive, and RPO channels
- Lead quarterly demand planning in partnership with HRBPs and business leaders, translating workforce priorities into actionable recruiting plans and annual investment recommendations
- Serve as the North America point of contact for employment law and recruiting compliance, partnering with HR, Legal, and Finance to mitigate risk and ensure regulatory adherence
- Design and continuously improve talent acquisition processes and programs, fostering a high-performing, collaborative team culture aligned with Gore's guiding principles
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 10 years of progressive talent acquisition experience, including college recruiting, high-volume, professional, and executive hiring
- Demonstrated experience managing or governing an RPO partnership, including vendor performance management and escalation resolution
- Experience building and leading early career and campus recruitment programs
- A minimum of 5 years of team leadership experience
- Proven track record of leading executive and specialty recruiting at a global scale
- Strong command of Talent Acquisition metrics, dashboards, and data-driven decision-making
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills; comfortable operating at all levels of an organization
- Experience with quarterly demand planning and workforce forecasting in partnership with HR and business leadership
- Ability to travel up to 10%
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in a global manufacturing, materials science, or technology-driven company
- Familiarity with Gore's culture and lattice organizational model, or similar non-hierarchical environments
- Experience operating in a center-led HR model supporting multiple business divisions
- Proficiency with modern ATS platforms and HR analytics tools
