About the Role

We are looking for a Cleanroom Custodial associate to join our Medical Division. In this role, you will provide a variety of custodial services on the Weekend Night Shift, working from 4:30 PM - 4:30 AM, Friday - Sunday.

 

This role will be located at our facility in Phoenix, Arizona.

 

Pay and Benefits: 

  • Please note that evening, night and weekend shift positions are eligible for an additional $2/hour shift differential pay (in California, the shift differential pay is $2.40/hour).

Responsibilities

  • Precision cleaning of cleanrooms, controlled environments, and equipment
  • Vacuuming and mopping floors, walls, and ceilings
  • Hand-wiping floors and equipment
  • Communicating discrepancies with rooms or with equipment to area leader
  • Following verbal and written directions, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and safety procedures

 

Required Qualifications

  • Prior janitorial and/or housekeeping experience preferably in a commercial environment
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Ability to communicate ideas concerning the improvement of the cleanroom custodial area
  • Basic computer skills with the ability to learn more advanced systems
  • Ability to Read and follow SOPs and complete log sheets
  • Ability to work within a controlled environment and wear cleanroom garments
  • Ability to work within a team environment and be willing to help others
  • Ability to work independently after training period is completed
  • Ability to work a modified shift on the weekend
