About the Role

We are looking for an FP&A System and Reporting Leader to join our Gore Medical FP&A team.  In this role, you will provide lead the efforts in standardizing and automating our Financial Reporting across the organization, drive efficiency via introduction of new tools and technologies overtime (like TM1, Power BI, Macros, Machine Learning, AI etc.).

 

This position will be located at our facility in Phoenix, Flagstaff, or Tempe, Arizona, with the possibility of a hybrid work arrangement.

 

 

Responsibilities

  • Supervision and co-ordination of all daily, weekly, and monthly financial processing and system administration responsibilities in delivering an effective suite of Finance Systems which includes (but not limited to) TM1, Cognos, Power BI Dashboard etc
  • Develop, manage and implement system updates across TM1, Power BI Dashboard and other planning applications
  • Advocate, develop, implement, and maintain application solutions that maximize benefit to key stakeholders and eliminate reporting in-efficiency
  • Provide ongoing management and support of the data repositories, integration processes and analysis, visualization and reporting tools
  • Manage and implement systems updates including upcoming SAP migration
  • Leading and mentoring a team of FP&A professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning
  • Translate strategy into priorities/goals, drive performance and engagement through coaching and feedback, measure outcomes and hold others accountable for results 

 

 

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Finance or a related field; advanced certifications in TM1, Cognos, and/or Power BI are a plus
  • Minimum of 7 years' experience in a financial reporting or similar role is critical
  • Experience designing, implementing, and maintaining financial planning and analysis systems, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting tools
  • Advanced knowledge of developing and building reporting in Power BI, TM1 is required
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to translate strategy into priorities/goals, drive performance and engagement through coaching and feedback, measure outcomes and hold others accountable for results
  • Ability to manage changes to financial planning systems and processes, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 10%

This position offers a hybrid work arrangement in the country from which the Associate is employed.  Eligibility is dependent on the responsibilities of the role and business needs, and the Associate must agree to comply with Gore’s work arrangement policies.
