About the Role

We are looking for a maintenance coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will support the local Maintenance Leader by analyzing data, summarizing information, providing associates with organizational information, keeping leaders informed, measuring results, proposing action plans, maintaining an efficient operating office, and ensuring quality system compliance. 

 

This role will be located at our facility in Phoenix, Arizona.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate maintenance operations which include, but not limited to the following: assembly work, workload distribution, equipment record creation/updates, commissioning/relocation, record updates, work assignment, work review and closure, cross regional and cross functional interaction
  • Create a course of action for future activities
  • Quality System compliance as it relates to maintenance documentation in accordance with applicable regulations; 21CFR58, 21CFR820, ISO 13485, etc
  • Customers point of contact across regions and during primary hours of operation
  • Answer all emergency hotline calls (4SHOP) during coverage hours, immediately review the work request, contact appropriate maintenance technician, and assign the work
  • Provide data/metrics in support of audits, compliance, and performance indicators within the maintenance function
  • Partner with local maintenance leaders to identify continuous improvement, implementation strategies and provide support for EAM users
  • Work in a shop/office setting at a computer a majority of working hours
  • Maintain compliance with training expectations as required for this position
  • Perform additional responsibilities as required within the scope of position

 

Required Qualifications

  • Two-year degree or minimum 2 years of applicable asset management and/or database experience
  • Experience working within a quality system and ensures accuracy in documentation and an awareness of Maintenance regulations, standards, and guidance documents (21 CFR Part 820, ISO 13485, NIST)
  • Strong navigational skills in Microsoft suite and other computer software programs
  • Must have great customer service skills and a demonstrated ability to work well with others, demonstrating strong conflict resolution and interpersonal skills
  • Detail oriented with excellent typing and writing skills
  • Stong understanding of database technologies and management with proven ability to create, organize, and maintain databases, optimize their performance, and troubleshoot issues
  • Proven ability to navigate ambiguity
  • Demonstrated ability to collect, interpret and analyze data to drive change
  • Proven ability to prioritize, multitask, meet timelines, plan and lead small projects; proactively problem solve, pivot when necessary, self-aware of limitations, and understand when to seek assistance
  • Ability to travel up to 5%

  • Experience scheduling and coordinating maintenance work
