About the Role
We are looking for an Online Education Program Manager / Learning Management System (LMS) Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will manage and optimize the day-to-day operations, governance, and performance of the learning management system to enable high-quality learning delivery. You will partner closely with the Global Online Education Strategist and cross-functional Commercial teams to translate online education strategy into effective execution. You will support both customer (healthcare professional) and internal Field Sales Associate learning experiences within a unified platform. This role requires strong technical expertise, program management discipline, and cross-functional coordination to ensure scalable and efficient online education operations.
Responsibilities
- Execute and support scalable online education programs within the LMS to support both customer and Associate learning experiences
- Manage and optimize day-to-day LMS operations, including user access, course structures, and system configurations
- Implement and maintain governance standards, naming conventions, and quality controls to ensure consistency and reliability across learning programs
- Partner with key Commercial teams to translate education strategies into effective system execution
- Support and deliver end-to-end content operations, including intake, prioritization, build, launch, and maintenance of learning assets
- Analyze and report on learning data and system performance to identify trends and drive continuous improvement
- Troubleshoot and resolve system and user issues, ensuring a high-quality and seamless learner experience
- Develop and manage workflows and processes that enable efficient, scalable program delivery across stakeholders
- Influence and facilitate continuous improvement initiatives that enhance system performance, learner engagement, and operational effectiveness
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in LMS administration and online education program management
- Experience administering and optimizing LMS platforms (e.g., Cornerstone, Docebo, SuccessFactors) to deliver scalable, high-quality learning
- Strong knowledge of online learning standards and content delivery frameworks (e.g., SCORM, xAPI) and managing LMS content operations
- Experience configuring LMS systems and resolving user/system issues using data insights to drive continuous improvement
- Strong program and project management skills, including workflow design and optimization for scalable execution
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, stakeholders, and cross-functional partnerships
- Experience supporting commercial, marketing, and/or medical education programs
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Learning Technologies, Business, or related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., learning and development, project management) preferred
- Experience operating within regulated environments and complex learning ecosystems, including system integrations, global or multi-region programs, and training compliance practices
- Strong systems thinking, data fluency, and cross-functional collaboration skills, with demonstrated ability to optimize processes, reporting, and continuous improvement within an LMS
