About the Role

W. L. Gore is seeking a Brand Manager to join our Americas Venous Disease team. In this role you will be responsible for regional product plans and strategy for GORE's new venous stent to ensure product growth and maintenance. You will contribute to the success of the overall Americas Venous Disease business within the peripheral vascular portfolio as you work in close partnership with functional partners to achieve the Americas annual revenue forecast.

 

This is a remote position, and you can work from home in most locations within the United States.

Responsibilities

  • Understand/analyze customer unmet needs and translate to global counterparts for product line extensions and new product development activities while identifying product growth and expansion opportunities within the region 
  • Translate customer insights into differentiated product value propositions and positioning for priority segments
  • Implement effective marketing strategies to launch, grow, or defend on-market products across the region
  • Monitor regional product pricing and provide pricing input to Regional Category Leader to meet profitability targets
  • Supports Global Brand Manager counterparts in identifying product improvement opportunities and managing global supply planning
  • Responsible for regional product go-to-market strategy and launch execution to include country level launch phasing, sales channel training plans, translation of global promotional materials, regional launch metrics collection and reporting, etc.
  • Responsible for collaborating with MarCom partner in localization of global product level messaging for regional and/or country deployment
  • Responsible for ensuring high quality content is submitted for prevetting MLR review
  • Work closely with local teams on pricing and contracting strategies and implementation with support from Regional Category Leader
  • Ensure Gore-sponsored communications are consistent with labeling

 

Desired Qualifications

  • MBA
  • Experience with regulated implantable devices
  • Knowledge of US peripheral vascular disease state and market

 

This role requires ongoing access to U.S. hospitals and compliance with facility-specific access policies (which may include a requirement to provide proof that you are fully vaccinated with one of the COVID-19 vaccines), vendor credentialing requirements including drug screening, background checks, immunization and training.

 

This position offers a remote work arrangement in the country from which the Associate is employed. Eligibility is dependent on the responsibilities of the role and business needs, and the Associate must agree to comply with Gore’s work arrangement policies.
