About the Role

We are looking for a Sales Development Strategist to join the Sales Education Team in Gore Medical. In this role, you will develop, implement, facilitate, and continuously improve sales education programs aligned with established commercial and education strategies, with an emphasis on the application of imaging modalities across the vascular product continuum. You will partner with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver impactful learning experiences that strengthen product knowledge, clinical confidence, business acumen, and sales effectiveness. This role requires strong program leadership, collaboration, facilitation, and project management skills to support learners, business priorities, and organizational goals. 

 

This is a remote position, and you can work from home in most locations within the United States.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, execute, facilitate, and continuously improve sales education programs, including imaging education, that build sales competencies, product knowledge, clinical confidence, and business acumen across the US Vascular Sales organization.
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to translate Sales Education and commercial strategies into impactful learning experiences that support learner development and business priorities.
  • Lead the planning, coordination, implementation, and ongoing management of assigned education programs and initiatives, ensuring alignment across stakeholders, timelines, and learner needs.
  • Design and facilitate engaging learning experiences for new and experienced Vascular Field Sales Associates covering imaging, clinical procedures, disease states, products, and business acumen through a variety of learning methods.
  • Serve as a trusted development partner to Sales Associates, Field Trainers, Product Specialists, and commercial stakeholders by identifying learning needs and recommending educational solutions that support performance and development.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and cross-functional partners to develop and maintain curriculum, learning resources, and program content aligned to educational objectives and business needs.
  • Evaluate program effectiveness through learner, facilitator, and stakeholder feedback, training metrics, and performance data, providing recommendations that enhance learner experiences and business outcomes.
  • Support the operational execution and continuous improvement of education programs, systems, processes, and resources to ensure scalable, efficient, and consistent learner experiences.

Required Qualifications

  • Broad knowledge of vascular devices, procedures, disease states, and imaging modalities used within the endovascular space (CT, IVUS, angiography).
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant clinical experience, including support of live cases and/or clinical education.
  • Advanced certification and/or demonstrated expertise in one or more endovascular imaging modalities (CT, IVUS, angiography).
  • Effective presentation, facilitation, and communication skills with the ability to deliver training on complex clinical and business topics.
  • Experience managing multiple projects, competing priorities, and stakeholders in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate, influence, and build strong relationships across a matrixed organization and all organizational levels.
  • Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, organizational, execution, and project management skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 40%.

 

This role requires ongoing access to U.S. hospitals and compliance with facility-specific access policies (which may include a requirement to provide proof that you are fully vaccinated with one of the COVID-19 vaccines), vendor credentialing requirements including drug screening, background checks, immunization and training. 

 

This position offers a remote work arrangement in the country from which the Associate is employed.  Eligibility is dependent on the responsibilities of the role and business needs, and the Associate must agree to comply with Gore’s work arrangement policies.
