Internal Title: Regional Brand Manager & Product Specialist: Cardiac, EMEA
Gore Medical EMEA is looking for a combined Regional Brand Manager (BM) and Product Specialist (PS), to join the Cardiac Business Group (BG) in EMEA. This position offers multiple work arrangements: preferred hybrid at our facility in Germany (Putzbrunn), Italy (Verona) or UK (Livingston) or fully remote work allowed in most locations within these countries.
In this role, you will lead the launch of a new product, playing a pivotal part in driving the success of the EMEA Cardiac business. Leveraging a customer profile–centric approach and a deep understanding of the Left Atrial Appendage (LAA) disease state, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and tracking a successful launch. Additionally, you will support Fitness-for-Use for the respective cardiac product(s) across the EMEA region.
You will be accountable for regional brand plans to ensure product growth and maintenance, through local market support in focus markets within EMEA, whilst also being accountable for supporting Fitness-for-Use for the respective Cardiac product(s) through response to product performance issues, as well as training and education for internal and external stakeholders.
You will collaborate with the Global Cardiac Brand Managers and Product Specialist Teams, as well as with regional Sales Leaders and their respective sales teams, to achieve the annual EMEA Cardiac revenue forecast.
This role is led by the EMEA Cardiac-Surgical Solutions BG Marketing Leader.
Responsibilities
• Responsible for regional product go-to-market strategy and launch execution to include country level launch phasing, sales channel training plans, translation of global promotional materials, launch metrics collection and reporting, etc.
• Responsible for localization of global product level messaging for regional and/or country deployment.
• Understand/analyze customer unmet needs and translate to global counterparts for product line extensions and new product development activities
• Own and coordinate with Global Brand Managers and Global Product Specialists the regional lifecycle management efforts to include demand plans, field actions, pricing review processes, enumeration needs
• Responsible MLR content owner to ensure high quality content is submitted for MLR review.
• Work closely with local teams on pricing and contracting strategies and implementation with support from Regional Category Leader
• Create content and deliver product/clinical training to customers (regional KOLs and CoEs), business partners, and Gore Associates, leveraging global product training content and adapting for customer and/or country localization as needed.
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of clinical use, customer needs, and product trends through direct interactions with physicians
• Input clinical and technical knowledge to regional product strategies and portfolio roadmaps
• Provide initial case support during the launch phase, or for complex procedures or clinical studies, including responding to field associate and physician inquiries

Required Qualifications
• At least 5 years of experience in Product Marketing/Product Management/Brand Management roles in the Cardiac/Cardiology/Structural Heart device industry, with experience within the LAA disease state
• Demonstrated ability of new product launch and market development
• Demonstrated ability of product lifecycle management
• Demonstrated ability to partner with the sales organization and functional business partners to drive profitable revenue growth
• Demonstrated success influencing and integrating within and across teams and functions to execute against revenue generating strategic plans
• Proven ability to build relationships with clinical customers, in particular key physician thought leaders
• Demonstrated ability to read, interpret and communicate scientific or clinical publications and data
• High ethical standards and respect of compliance
• Ability to travel overnight (travel frequency will vary throughout the year, however maximum would be ~50% per annum)
• Strong written and verbal communication (English) and interpersonal skills
• Required Agreement Type: Extended Service Agreement (ESA)
Desired Qualifications
• BA/BSc degree in marketing or related discipline. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
