SAP Security Senior Analyst

We are seeking an experienced SAP Senior Security Analyst to join our team in Bengaluru, India. In this role, you will be responsible for focusing on SAP Security, GRC, IAG / IPS and S/4 HANA Greenfield implementation, specifically with Fiori. The candidate should lead security workshops, gather security requirements, and implement SAP security models and best practices.

Responsibilities

  • Hands on experience in building SAP security roles in S/4 HANA with Fiori, BTP, IAS, MDG, SLT, Succes Factors, Ariba, IBP, GTS, TM SAP systems.
  • Ability to design, configure, develop and maintain SAP task and business roles to align with global business requirements.
  • Deep understanding of SAP authorizations concepts for SAP S/4 HANA, HANA Database, MDG, GTS, TM and SaaS systems such as IBP.
  • Experience in working with large teams, multiple partners on SAP Authorization issue resolution
  • Experience in Tools like Service now, Jira and SAP Solution Manager Charm/Focus Build processes.
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with the business and technical teams for issue resolution.
  • Ability to troubleshoot security access issues effectively and efficiently, interacting with key functional / business stakeholders as necessary to resolve SAP Security, Fiori and GRC errors.
  • Experience with IAG/GRC Access control including SoD Analysis of roles and remediation and mitigation controls
  • Work with compliance team on  Control Guidelines, and Test Procedures in line with changing business needs, technologies, and risks and mitigation controls.
  • Ability to work with multiple System implementation team , functional ,testing and technical leaders and project managers and deliver desired results.

 

Required Qualifications

  • 12+ years of experience in IT with a focus on SAP Security and in-depth knowledge GRC.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead security workshops, gather security requirements, and implement SAP security models and best practices.
  • Proven S/4 HANA Greenfield implementation experience, specifically with Fiori.
  • Proven experience with SAP Identity and Access Governance (IAG), SAP GRC, SAP IPS, and SAP IAS.
  • Strong experience in Firefighter Access and PAM.
  • Exposure on BTP Security (IAG, IAS and IPS).
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to gather requirements and explain complex technical concepts.
  • Ability to understand business processes and translate them into technical integration requirements, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve integration issues.
  • Travel ~10%.

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience with Manufacturing, Medical Devices, Life Sciences industry is a strong positive.
  • Experience working in an international multi-cultural environment considered a plus.
