About the Role
We are looking for a strategically-driven and execution-focused Sales Operations Leader – ANZ to lead commercial operations in Australia and New Zealand markets.
You will be responsible for crafting and executing operational strategies, driving data-led decision-making, supporting both direct models, and ensuring salesforce productivity and commercial readiness in the market.
- Location: Sydney Office
- Reporting to: APAC Sales Operation Leader (current in search) and reports to the APAC Regional Leader as interim
- Estimated travel: 15-20%
Responsibilities
- Design and execute the ANZ sales operations strategy tailored to ANZ business growth plan and market models, ensuring exploring synergy with overall APAC Sales operation team.
- Drive a high-performing team to support tender, contract management, customer service as a key enable to ANZ sales growth.
- Own CRM adoption, system continuous improvement to drive efficiency. Act as ANZ commercial system owner and liaison with global/regional teams.
- Apply structured change management methodologies (e.g. Kaizen) to support adoption of new tools, processes, and ways of working, drive standardization and best practices across ANZ sales processes.
- Adopting, role model, and champion Gore Business System (GBS) to deliver data-driven insights and performance dashboards that support strategic decision-making by regional leadership.
- Build and lead a high-performing ANZ sales operations team and play a crucial role in ANZ integrated sales platform
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, life sciences, related field
- 8-10+ years of experience in sales operation, customer services, commercial excellence roles
- Proven experience in MedTech, Medical Devices, or Life Science industry
- Stronge understanding of the ANZ healthcare market, hospital systems, and tendering environment
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce)
- Strong analytical and commercial acumen
- Exposure to matrixed regional/global environment
- People leadership experience, ability to drive change
